Trevor's journey into the diving industry is rooted in his early fascination with nature and a pivotal experience snorkeling in the Red Sea. This experience ignited his passion for diving, leading him to pursue a career in the field shortly after graduating. His path initially aimed towards becoming a Diving Instructor (Master Scuba Diver Trainer), driven by a desire to explore and travel.

In 1994, an opportunity at Whites Manufacturing presented itself, prompting Trevor to enter the industry from a manufacturing perspective. During his tenure at Whites, he held various roles, gaining valuable experience before exploring other opportunities. His journey led him to Aqualung Canada, where he continued to build his career, this time focusing on sales.

Trevor's pivotal role in his career came with Whites' innovative period when the Fusion Drysuit was introduced. He was the first to dive into this groundbreaking design, which quickly became his preferred choice. Subsequently, Whites Manufacturing was acquired by Aqualung, and Trevor continued to excel in his role as the Military & Professional Drywear Sales Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
